One place for every client project
Why a single list of client projects, each with one owner, ends the Monday status scramble.

Most agency status meetings run long because nobody knows the state of each client project before the meeting starts. Fix that first and the meeting almost disappears.
Give every project one owner
A project with two owners has none. Name one person per client project, and let them keep the brief and the status current.
On Monday, the team only discusses projects that stalled. Everything else is already clear from the list.
Archive, do not delete
When a campaign ships, archive the project. Next year's brief starts from last year's decisions instead of a blank page.
